Terms and Conditions – Free Fuel Giveaway

Eligibility
a. The giveaway is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
b. Entry is limited to one per household.
c. To be eligible, participants must either:
i. Purchase and sign a contract for a new caravan at the Caravan and Camping Supershow 2025; OR
ii. Scan the designated QR code at the event and complete the entry form.
Prize Details
a. There are two (2) prizes available, each consisting of free fuel to the value of $5,200 over a calendar year ($100 per week).
b. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
Entry Period
a. Entries open on Wednesday 19th February 2025 (first day of the Caravan and Camping Supershow 2025) and close at the conclusion of the event; Sunday 23rd February 2025.
Winner Selection
a. The draw will take place via random selection on Sunday, 23rd February 2025.
b. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided upon entry.
c. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
General Terms
a. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
b. The promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.
c. The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
d. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes.
e. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
